Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Mint Merge (the "App"), developed by Ugur Kadir Karahan ("we", "us"), handles information when you use the App. We have designed the App to collect as little information as possible.
1. Information we do not collect
The App does not require an account. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or precise location, and we do not run our own servers that store information about you.
2. Information stored on your device
Your game progress, settings, coins, boosters and purchase status are stored only on your device. This data is not sent to us. It is deleted if you delete the App.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App shows ads provided by Google AdMob, which is operated by Google LLC. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect and process:
- Your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), only if you allow tracking when iOS asks you. If you don't, Google shows ads without using this identifier.
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language and app version
- Ad interaction data, such as ads viewed and tapped
- Diagnostic data related to ad performance
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time in the App under Settings → Privacy Choices. You can also turn off tracking in iOS under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. In-app purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details. Apple tells the App only whether a purchase succeeded, so we can unlock the content you bought.
5. Children
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will help remove it.
6. Data retention and security
Because we do not store personal information on our own servers, we have no personal data to keep or delete. Information collected by Google is kept according to Google's own policies.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. We do not sell personal information. Because the App keeps your data only on your device, you can delete it by deleting the App. To make a request about ad data processed by Google, use the tools described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can always contact us with questions.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
